We are delighted to announce that the Mars Land NFTs will be migrating from BSC to ETH in the near future.
To provide some contact on our decision: we initially created the NFTs on BSC to take advantage of the lower transaction fees required for minting. However, based on advice form our extremely high calibre investors and advisors (please see the announcement here) we have decided to move to Ethereum.
The reasons for this are that Ethereum is still the most secure and popular blockchain for NFTs. All of the top NFT projects like Crypto Punks, Hashmashs, Bored Ape Yacht club are based on Ethereum as well as Metaverses and games like Decentraland, The Sandbox, Illuvium, and Somnium Space and this is where the high value investors are. This means that we will have more compatibility with the leading NFT marketplaces and also means there should be a stronger resale market and higher secondary market prices for our lucky early Mars Land buyers!
At this time there is no action required from yours side. We will make an announcement across all Mars4 social channels and email lists once the Migration is complete. As your ETH and BSC addresses are identical, you will be able to see your Mars Land NFT at your same address on the Ethereum blockchain on Etherscan and in your Metamask and trust wallet.
